TransformMatrix

is an option for RotatingWaveApproximation and related functions that can be used to explicitly specify the unitary transformation to the rotating frame.

Details and Options

A unitary matrix time-dependent matrix can be supplied. Alternatively, the value Automatic specifies that the transformation matrix should be automatically generated as described in the notes for RotatingWaveApproximation.
The transformation matrix that is generated when using TransformMatrix->Automatic can be found using the function RotatingWaveTransformMatrix.
